Frequently Asked Questions

“The urge to draw must be deep within us, because children love to do it”

– David Hockney

Everything you need to know to book an art fair:

What does it cost?
Our service is free and there is no financial risk to the school. The only things we ask is that schools provide us with the very best artwork and that the event is well publiced by the school and treated as a special event in the school calendar.

How quickly can I have an exhibition at my school?
We need 2 weeks from receiving the artwork to putting up an Art Fair.

Does an Art Fair take up a lot of time from the teachers?
Not at all, we arrange pretty much everything. All the school needs to do is get their students to produce fantastic artwork and promote the Art Fair. At the day of the Art Fair the school needs to arrange the collection of payments.

Can we have an Art Fair at the weekends or in the evening, after school?
Yes, please contact us to discuss the specifics.

Do you frame the original artwork produced by the students?
No, we professionally scan, colour correct and enhance the artwork. The name of the artist, title, date of the Art Fair and school are then added to the artwork. We can also add the school logo if requested.

How do the visitors pay for the art at the Art Fair?
The school provides the payment methods and collects the payments.

What happens to the artwork that isn’t bought by the Art Fair visitors?
We take all the leftover artwork away for recycling.

How long does it take to build up the Art Fair exhibition on the location?
Depending on the size of the school it will take us about 1-2 hours.

Can parents/caregivers buy their child’s work if they can’t attend the Art Fair?
Yes, they can buy their child’s work. If they let us know as soon as possible, we can take care of this.

Can parents/caregivers order extra frames after the exhibition?
Yes, we can send them additional framed artwork. To give as a gift to family and friends for example.

Is the photo frame made of high-quality materials?
Yes, all our frames are made in the USA and produced with high-quality wood. We never had complaints about them.
